Ben is our go-to when we need a device repaired. He repaired two cracked phone screens for us that no one else would because our phones were obsolete, and no one carried the parts anymore. I sent the phones in the mail, and he found the parts online, repaired our phones, and sent them back in the mail. They arrived safely and looked exactly like they did when I bought them! He saved us a bunch of money on buying new phones. Not only does he repair, but he is also a great teacher. Since we don't live in the same city, he will talk me through a repair that is easy enough for me to do myself through pictures over the phone. He is very knowledgeable and always answers my questions in a helpful and thoughtful manner. You can tell he's very excited to fix things, whether doing it himself or helping others. I'll always give him a 10/10!
My PC had a fairly old motherboard and CPU, and I didn't trust myself to upgrade my computer myself. So I enlisted the help of The Glass PC to help me upgrade. Ben came over and got started right away. The upgrade process was fairly quick, and soon I was up and running and gaming in less than an hour from when Ben came by.
Ben rebuilt a laptop for me in early 2024. It was an ASUS that powered on, but wouldnt boot. It also wouldn't hold a charge when I bought it. Not only did he fix the issue with the battery, he fixed the boot issue and installed Office, and the laptop works beautifully now!
